Inclusivity
Cambridge University Press is committed to being a diverse and inclusive place to work. We are part of the University of Cambridge, committed in its pursuit of academic excellence to equality of opportunity and to a pro-active and inclusive approach to equality. We are also a global organisation, serving customers and representing colleagues all over the world. Diversity, in all its various forms, is key to our success as an organisation.
The UK and the European Union
You will almost certainly be aware by now that Britain has voted to leave the European Union. While nothing will change for at least two years, during which time the UK and EU will negotiate exit arrangements, we do not yet know the longer term implications of exit, such as how it might affect future employment rules and the free movement of labour between the UK and EU states.
If you are an EU national applying for a role in Cambridge (or a UK citizen applying for a role in the EU), we understand you may be concerned about a potential longer term impact of the referendum result on you. We would like to reassure you that this result will not affect your application and you will still be considered for any role you apply to.
