Information about ordering online.
How do I order online?
Please browse our websites, add titles to your basket and proceed to the checkout at which point you will be asked to log in.
Complete your delivery details as instructed enter your payment details and confirm your billing address. You will then be asked to confirm your order. Your credit or debit card payment is then authorised and your order is confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent to confirm that your order has been placed.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?
We use Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries within the UK, who aim to deliver within 7 days following the date of despatch.
We use Surface or Air Mail for European and International deliveries; they aim to deliver within the timescales stated under Delivery
Quotes for orders to be sent via a trackable courier are provided upon request. Please contact Customer Services for details.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DESPATCHED?
When your order is despatched, a copy of the invoice will be emailed to you.
MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE, HOW DO I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?
Please use the location check button on the top right hand corner of all our websites and select the appropriate country for delivery. You will then be transferred automatically to the correct regional website.
WHAT DOES 'TOTAL CHARGE FOR THIS TRANSACTION' MEAN?
The "Grand Total" shows the entire value of your order; this will include available and non available titles and this is the amount that will initially be ‘authorised’ against your card.
The "Available Now Subtotal" is the value that will be charged to your card as payment for the title/s that are currently available. Carriage will also be applied for the whole order at this stage.
The "Preorders/Temporarily Unavailable Subtotal" is the value of any title(s) which are not in stock at the time of the order being placed will be charged to your card at a later date.
I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ONLINE ORDER!
To cancel an online order or change a delivery address before despatch, please contact Customer Services.
If you want to add titles to your order then you will be required to place a new order.
Please note that the order will still display in your ‘My account’ section after it has been deleted from our system.
