Bringing Better Learning to the world

Cambridge University Press ELT has recently launched the World of Better Learning: a new platform to share expertise and innovation in English Language Teaching from around the world.

Better Learning is a simple approach to ELT, where world-leading Cambridge research will help shape richer content, to drive stronger results in the classroom. This new platform reflects our promise to give confidence in teaching, and bring out the joy in learning.

It offers a range of materials for teachers and students in their English language journey: free resources and classroom materials, extra exercises to help with speaking, reading and writing, as well as our leading research highlighting the latest developments in ELT pedagogy.

Cambridge ELT materials are used in almost every country in the world, and we want to bring this community together, with a strong network of teachers working alongside each other to help their students progress. We’re inviting teachers around the world to share their best tips and stories from their classrooms, and collating them so we can all learn from each other’s experiences.

The blog will also host live-stream events, conferences, and webinars (all recorded so they can be revisited later), and exclusive interviews with language experts. This means teachers and learners can explore different perspectives on language learning, teaching trends and industry news.
