We are currently developing a programme of global Cambridge Professional Development events covering multiple subjects and resource ranges. Our events are structured as one day introductory events aimed at either class or subject teachers. With a strong emphasis on pedagogy and developing new teaching strategies, these Professional Development Days offer motivation, sources of inspiration and insightful new ideas to experienced and new teachers alike.
Designed to help Cambridge Schools and Teachers secure a lifetime of achievement from their pupils, our events will provide quality, modern training and professional development that comes from Cambridge’s tradition of excellence dating back to 1584.
Training is ideal for teachers using Cambridge products for the first time. Workshops are led with a highly interactive and responsive style and may focus upon topics such as:
- Introduction to Cambridge Primary
- English as a Second Language
- Inspirational ideas for teachers and students
- Being a scientist: scientific enquiry skills
Events are arranged through your local Cambridge University Press representative and usually held at a prestigious central venue, accommodating up to 100 teachers.
