Cambridge School Classics Project
The Cambridge School Classics Project (CSCP) is a research and development project in the University of Cambridge’s Faculty of Education, established in 1966.
The aim of the CSCP is to help make the classical world accessible to as many students as possible, whatever their age or background. They do this by:
- forging strong links with teachers and learners
- advancing the pedagogy of Classics teaching through research and development
- creating high quality, innovative teaching materials based on research and development
- exploiting new technologies to reach out to new audiences and create cutting-edge materials
Fully subsidized training and support from the Cambridge Latin Consultants
Our three Cambridge Latin Consultants — Martha Altieri, Virginia Blasi, and Donna Gerard — provide training, fully subsidized by Cambridge University Press, to any Classics instructor in the US. For workshops, personalized webinars, teaching materials, in-services, or one-on-one mentoring, contact email@example.com.
This summer, we are hosting a series of fully-subsidized, 2-day workshops, suitable for both new and experienced Latin teachers. The workshops will take place in Austin, TX, Nashville, TN and Hartford, CT. The cost of attending the workshops, $500, is fully underwritten by Cambridge University Press.
